- Responses to the Problem of Homeless Encampments (to include responses and interventions, that have had only a limited effect)!
At HOP, We encourage and teach outdoor-citizens, the ones that are capable, ready for change, will listen, follow rules, be respectful and will work towards their objectives; to take charge of their personal destinies. How? By employing an informed self-help paradigm and methodology, to be knowledgeable, and to along with 'bonafide' support, as opposed to adhering to many of the untested models that are currently in place, to recover!
