Honest, I saw this cornerstone on a street in San Jose California.  I never met the other Cornelius; however, he was honored by his peers and community members.  I honor him, too!

My problem with who, which group, nation or coalition... is evil or not; is clearly more ephemeral in nature, and subject to opinion; given that all factions and most nations of the world for that matter, typically engage in similar violent/evil behavior towards other nations, and  groups of people.  How come?  They do so in order to get what they want, ostensibly; albeit there are those instances wherein the same behavior is simply-put, 'reactive in nature

To wit, there are a whole lot of people inside of nations all over the world who believe that the United States is evil in and of itself; correct? When you listen to what people on the other side of the world... have experienced at the hands of the United States -- a sentient and non-partisan American might conclude that America's contretemps, are one-hundred percent correct, in many ways.  Our nation, does not always have 'clean hands', itself!

Oftentimes, when you draw down on this particular topic you discover that a moral equivalency argument is afoot --- given that offenders or offending nations and groups (including ours) on all sides are often much alike in all too many respects.  Typically, each side has its own problems dealing with its own form of 'resident evil'; within. I've yet to hear an American leader... admit to how evil America has been to its own people - for example to Native Americans, Black Americans Females - or to other people around the world.

In fact, when I attempted to have an adult conversation with a 'caucasian'  American citizen several decades ago, that had to do with 'Resident Evil', inside of the United States ... my contretemp was dismissive, and told me and I quote, "if you don't like it here, why don't you go back to where you came from?"  I was born here in 'the Land of the Free and the Home of the Slave'; to be certain.  Wouldn't her behavior qualify as a version of evill', given her penchant need to behave in such a evil manner.

Wouldn't it be great, if we could bring together a world-wide group of sentient, enlightened, erudite, compassionate and honest people, with the sole purpose in mind of problem-solving. The other side(s), simply want to fight, bite, exterminate, incinerate, obstruct, propagandize, eviscerate other people... in hopes of having things their way!  If the world is to become a better place to live inside of for all people -- including the ones who believe that they ought to be free inside of their own borders -- the people themselves will have to solve that 'conundrum; one that is wrapped up inside of a Darwinian, political, elitist and a entitlement enigma'!

America has blood on its hands too; and therefore America ought to knock off the non-sense, sit down and negotiate not only with ISIS, but the rest of the world for that matter, and stop being the big bully on the block!

Can't We All Just Get Along?

What Do You Know For Sure?  

If I may opine or interject: I don't know all of what might exist upon or inside of Pegasus 51B; however, that does not mean 'that the something, is an organism... or not'; or on the other hand that it is or is not present there or everywhere; in a fourth, fifth or incomprehensible dimension...

Dr. Collins, co-founder of the Human Genome Project, once asked:  "How might I, a thinking man, believe in God"?  Who hasn't asked him or herself that question?  Or on the other hand asked when they were first  told about God, 'where is it or him...'?

Unfortunately, we place people in boxes, for example: Either believe what (1 of 50,000 Christian denominations for example, believe), or die and burn forever and forever. What is often referred to as God, Allah, the Great Spirit... Might turn out be symmetrical, asymmetrical, a simple principle or concept for all I know. 

 The form ofreductionism that people typically employ to accept or reject what is often referred to 'as God...'; is rather primordial, minimalist... in a post-modern context. And as a whole, it leaves a whole lot to be desired, in and of itself.

I really do believe that it is time for 'humanoids', to graduate from kindergarten thinking. The very idea that the entire experiment was put together so that 'God', could burn people up, and in turn take good people back where (IT) exists; leaves a whole lot to be desired. How come? Many of us know the so called 'good people'; and if Heaven is to be full of them, then who would want to go there, be suspended in another dimension and spend eternity with them. Eek!

In other words it could be anywhere, similar to dark matter; and would not comprehend it.

The Semantics might or might not be incorrect; however, it is difficult to dispute the 'unifying principle' aspects, of religion; if nothing else. The world is better and at times a very dangerous place, due to someone's religious beliefs or not. It might be that humanoids inside of this dimension, who admittedly do not know what's 'out there' ' or 'inside of themselves', and at times, ought to open up, be more forgiving and engage in more research.

Transmogrifying the body... might also help humanoids to ascertain the answer and eliminate tons and tons of human reductionism and intolerance of 'death to the infidels and you're going to hell and will burn forever', human intolerance of the other. BTW, who or what is 'the devil'?

America's Governmental System Does Not Work Optimally: The Rest Is Up To Us!

Clearly, 'the people' will have to solve America's problems themselves; if America's problems are ever to be solved at all; or for America to live up to its written creed.

Granted, America is not a  post-racial society.  However, a significant numbers of Americans, across all racial and ethnic lines; understand the need for the majority of us to continue to work together, in order to build a America that works; other than for private and corporate interests.

What we have been witnessing in real-time; is ostensibly a bought and sold dysfunctional government, that only works for an enclosed group of individuals, institutions and members of society, to include the rich and the powerful.

Which groups are creating the disruption, and preventing America from moving forward?  I would argue that the major culprits operate right out of Washington D.C., on Wall Street and Congress; also   in back rooms all across America  Clearly, the majority of America's citizen's do not make the rules, implement or enforce deliberate policies, that benefit a few instead of the majority of the American people.

The Fourth Branch of government, one that stealthily operates behind the scenes, is a powerful one that often remains in the background, but at the same time wields power; of the kind that impacts the rest of us; and the world has never seen.

I am always amazed over the fact that America's adult-citizens, have tolerated the kind of nonsense that is and has been coming from government along with their friends; and the fact that it has done so for so many years; now.  Last week's Supreme Court decision; 'that favors Citizen's United; has pretty-much sealed up the corruption deal, in favor of the cabal to include their friends.

The first thing that I was taught during my 7-year stint  in Washington D.C., was as follows:  Congress exempts itself from the rules.... that it makes for everyone else.  In other words:

Congress is above the laws and statutes that it makes and enforces for every other American; including the President of the United States, himself.

Simply consider the latest government shut-down; it was ostensibly engineered by Congress.  And in deference to all of the people who lost paychecks, were laid off; lost their homes; denied access to government institutions (even our children)  what did members of Congress do in the meantime?  Members of Congress played basketball downstairs in the gym, swam in the pool under the capitol;  bowled in the Congressional bowling alley; withdrew monies from their private credit union; dined on sumptuous cuisine... and behaved like a bunch of detached antinomialist mixed nuts!

Those turkeys permitted the nation to literally fall apart; some of them even encouraged it -- while at the same time they continued to stuff themselves with more largess; while never turning down their paychecks. Instead, they continued to cut deals for their lobbyist partners-in-crime, and for their corporate  friends!

And these are the people that we keep around, 90% of them being returned to office in order to do more damage, year after year and decade after decade.  Pretty soon they will catch up with the late Strom Thurmond and Jessie Helms; in the absence of term limits.  The damage that they did by favoring one group over another, needs to be undone; by the people.

America, more and more is 'a jungle'; one that favors 'Lions and Tigers in America's government; along with their corporate friends'.  And what will America's do about this inconvenient truth?  Answer:  They will simply go out and vote, hoping that voting alone will change things; instead of getting up and going to work themselves to rescue themselves, their children and if possible, 'the nation'; one that has been bought and sold to its highest bidders!

Theme: Change the American System to one That Works for 350 Million People

It might sound naive at first; however, this is how I see it. What most American's want, I believe and regardless of Party affiliation, is to have competent and unbiased leadership at the helm, to lead the nation. At least I hope so. Next, that leadership must be non-partisan during it's entire tenure in office (local, state and federal); and be sagacious, neutral and gracious, all of the time that it, he or she is in or holds an office(s).

Next, each leader ought to have every American in mind whenever they deliberate or make decisions that are, hopefully in the best interest of all Americans. Not one leader should be focused... only with one base. Which leads to my next point.

Should we do away, all or in part with the current system that is in place? Well, at least amend it; and make it work for every American. What's wrong with that, it's not working And the ways things stand today; the net result is that we will continue to promote bifurcation, stand-off; polarization and a standoff between citizens. The 2-Party system is adversarial and promotes isolation and confrontation.

What America really needs, and has needed a long ago before, has and is system that worked and works for every American today, not one that clearly identifies, works to and inures to the benefit of any single Party, or group of individuals (with money). True leaders, get this; will have to dispense with Party affiliation, once they step into office. Even if it impacts their ability to make self-serving and partisan deals, with their friends, which in turn alienates other voters; then so be it. What we, the American public, have been getting for years now, is just the opposite; and even worse the situation is worsening.

And let me repeat what I said before, once a person steps into office, even the Office of President of the United States; their Party Affiliations ought to be stripped away or temporarily suspended; as long as they are in or hold a office. The citizens and the nation will benefit more from neutrality, than it will given the way things stand today; and for that matter the way it has operated for years. At some point, we have got to stop the nonsense that we have been living with for 2 centuries, already. Too many Americans have been and are being left behind, and have been negatively impacted by past and current business as usual, decision-makers, that are often owned, bought and sold to private and proprietary interest group.

We don't need partisan leaders and leadership operating in the boughs of Washington D.C, Congress, the Oval Office in Departments.... These operatives, some elected mind you; are about to take this nation even further down than the drain; which appears at times to be exactly what some of our politicians... hope to do. This has been the pattern for many years now; however, I believe that it is time to do something different, and without waiting. Throwing whatever a Party believes will stick to the wall, is completely reprehensible and ought to be considered illegal.

And for the revised system to succeed, all sides, even members of the need to understand that America cannot operate successfully anymore, with partisan leaders running this nation and world, only to pursue their own partisan interests. Three-hundred fifty Americans; are more important than any interred group, a individual... or 1 or 2 percent!

I really do believe that it is, 'time for a change'! How about you? We can have as many parties as American's want, that will work along with a unified people and system. Even if it takes a constitutional amendment to make the requisite changes; we need to do something immediately. Am I talking about overhauling the entire system; you got it. Otherwise, year after year all that the citizens of the nation will end up receiving, is more of the same: Obstruction, and a system that work only for the rich, wealthy and corporatist's!

And to be sure, the current situation won't matter to American's that are beneficiaries of the current system. The nation was better off when it was 'a commonwealth'!

Take Charge of Your Destiny

Politicians, including Republican ones... are playing rope-a-dope, when it comes to the healthcare issue/industry, and mostly everything else. And the people, are their dope(s). Trust me; the powers that be in the end, are planning to make money off of healthcare, regardless of which side of the aisle they happen to be on; today. Insurance companies, are some of the richest in the world. And with the help of corporate lobbyists, it will remain that way.

The only thing that bothers them, as it stands now, are margins. They want a larger shareof the profits. The healthcare industry, is replacing the loss of other ones. One of the messages that we have to send out, which will inflaming a whole lot of people is this one; to stop being poor, figure out what you've been doing wrong, then do something about it, without looking to Washington DC or anyone else to rescue you.

The opposite of being poor, is not necessarily 'to become rich'. The real issue is about life. You won't extend your life by going to the gas station; get it?. Gasoline doesn't work in the human body, however, something else might do just that. If the powers that be, beat you to the punch, they will commoditize that too.

On a day-to-day basis, I rarely meet creative people. Most people are followers, and have never had an original idea in their lives. Of the ones who did have a original idea at one time or another, they rarely pursue or pursued it; or they gave up too soon. It's 'the Law of the Instrument", all over again; that I am referring to!. We have to reteach wanton people that have been conditioned to wait on teachers, when they could be reteaching themselves. And, as the old folks used to say, we have to "learn them", how to do something different; the ones who won't do it themselves.

Instead of giving in to 'insurance slavery;, whereby enriching the already rich... consider, modifying your body, and that of your ones. Isn't that what it says in the Bible with respect to eternal life? Self-imposed limits, cultural conditioning and being dependents, sum up the problem. Why did people, who had far less knowledge than we have today, manage to live their for hundreds of years or more?

Trust me, there might be a temporary reprieve, however, sooner or later, American citizens will be back at the same place again, with respect to a healthcare/insurance crisis! Question :What would you have to do in order to revamp a body, re place a few parts... in order to live one-thousand years? Answer: Either you are going to improve, or replace body parts, or you are going to move your consciousness into a new and better body or not! Get to work, and ignore the rich. If you get there first, you will be here when they are gone, and perhaps, just perhaps, might not need money!

Holding Leaders Accountable

We Have Tried White and Now Black... Still No Light At The End of the Tunnel

To Mr. Latham,... Truthfully, many of our black preachers 'be pimping'; bling, bling and all, if you ask me. If you told any of my counterparts' 'to sell all that they had and to give it to the poor'; you would likely catch a beat down like never before. This is what I mean when I keep saying to the audience, that there are some serious systemic issues within the black community, that require attention (in deference to, or along with the election cycle).  A lot of time has been wasted by black Americans over the past 4.5 years; along with the President that they chose! Is anyone better off today... other than the rich?

In terms of transference; too many black Americans, view 'their purported first black President', in the same light as a Daddy Grace, Reverend Ike or Father Divine. It doesn't matter to them, if other people are starving, loosing their homes... As long as 'Big Daddy' has a big white house, is eating caviar and riding around in a 'pimp mobile', they are okay with it, eek. Why? They live vicariously through these folks, including the President!

We need more Farrakhans, along with the rest of us to hold President Obama's feet to the fire (and to forget about the hue of his skin). If skin was all that mattered, we could have at least voted for a darker hued one (tee hee hee) that looks like most of us. President Obama has been very busy over the past 4.75 years, addressing every other problem in the world, except the one right up under his nose (the black one).

I spent, approximately seven unplanned years in the region (District of Columbia); and know of what I speak. Has he been down on New York Avenue, across the Anacostia and into Suitland, Oxxon Hill, Richmond... Oh yes, I've been all over the place. And if charity begins at home; tell me exactly what he has done about 'Home rule'? When the entourage leaves DC, it will head down the White Hurst Freeway, long before crossing the Anacostia River, or over the Frederick Douglas Bridge. Well, there was an urban removal project that resulted in displacement, so that the new baseball stadium could be built.

Even in the District, where Obama lives; black Americans are being taxed without having an official Representative. Eleanor Holmes Norton, a Shadow Representative, is doing the best that she can under the circumstances. I worked on a team in the District, that fought for Statehood and an Official Representative (1 congressional vote for the mostly black citizens in the District of Columbia). This was in addition to the residents, servicemen and women, many of whom were black, that were fighting overseas at the time.  Prior to returning to the west coast, I worked hard to improve conditions there; and as a result I know of what I speak.  But here comes the zinger,

Many of the black residents in the District... are still 'Waiting on Superman to Come and Save Them'.  Why?  Because the one that they have currently in the White House, is imply not working out.  And still they hold out hope!   

Wouldn't you think...? Well, someone will accuse me of bashing the President, if I were to continue. Besides that, the President has more important things to do, than to fight for the mostly black citizens in the District of Columbia.  The former includes the ones who have fought to be in 'the Land of the Free and the Home of the Slave'! Four................ "a nine iron please"!

Finally, isn't it ironic that he threw his pastor of 25 years ('The Wright Reverend in my opinion'), under the bus?  I suppose you can tell, that I AM NOT A FAN!
